We request you inform us before any service, the existence of any "extensions" you have that may come loose with vigorous scrubbing or massaging of the head and scalp. It will be at the discretion of the service provider to continue with your appointment. Failure to advise the service provider of any "extensions" constitutes your consent for us to perform a Head Spa service. If your "extensions" come out or become loose, it is not the responsibility of Red Lotus or the service provider to fix or compensate you if such an issue should arise.
