Head SPA - Does it help hair growth?
One of the lesser-known benefits of head spa treatments is the boost in blood circulation to the scalp. Why does this matter? Improved blood flow delivers more nutrients and oxygen to your hair roots, which is crucial for hair growth and strength.
Head SPA - Do I need to wash my hair before visiting?
One of the steps is to clean the scalp and hair. Your hair will be cleaned thoroughly with a good shampoo and rinsed. This will remove dirt, oil, and dead skin cells from the scalp and hair.
Head SPA - Is it worth it?
Blood circulation is improved and the scalp's skin is moved. If treatment includes steam, it opens up pores and hair follicles. We attribute an active scalp treatment to be incredibly beneficial for cleansing and hair follicle strengthening, resulting in a healthy scalp and promoting healthy hair growth.
Head SPA - How often should I get a treatment?
If you have an oily scalp, you may benefit from more frequent Head Spa treatments, such as once every two weeks, to control excess oil production and prevent dandruff.
For those with a dry or flaky scalp, treatments once a month can help maintain moisture balance and reduce dryness.
Head SPA - Will I walk away with wet hair?
We have a Do-It-Yourself station set up for you to dry/style your hair. We provide a wall mirror, blow dryer, and some basic utensiles like brushes and combs. You are welcome to bring, and we encourage, to bring any hair products you may need after the service.
